2. Google Penguin algorithm is finally updated and is real time:
This is the fourth major release, and will make it Penguin 4.0. It is now real-time signal processed within its core search algorithm.
It is a better spamming detection and no more long waiting for de-listed websites as Penguin gets real-time now.
The filter goes along with the constant Google re-crawling and re-indexing pages, making the detection process more constant. Instant change is visible.
It is now more page-specific, not just sitewide penalty. The new Penguin algorithm is more granular. Adjusts ranking based on spam signals and not affecting entire site rank.
No longer have to await Penguin updates since the detection is constant.

2. Google launches the all awaited cross-device marketing:
Now, marketers have more control over the capping of frequency.
The feature is available for signed-in users
