Developers have foreseen this coming but not so soon. Facebook has decided to close its Parse Developer Platform. This service developed by Facebook in the year 2013 was beneficial to mobile developers. And, January 28th, 2017 is expected to be its last day.

This time extension provides the developers time for migrating their works to other platforms. You don’t have to mistrust your favorite social media site for this transition. Facebook is trying its best to make the transition as easy as possible. Also, we can expect some kind of replacement for the platform in the future.

Facebook has always disapproved people’s plea for a dislike button. But, you don’t need to feel bad about it. As Facebook is soon going to provide you with many other options apart from the regular “LIKE” button.

Facebook calls these options as reactions. These includes wow, love, haha, sad, angry and much more.

Facebook says that these options might not be directly visible to the users. For mobile users, these reactions will be hidden within the “Like” button.

We found it on The Verge in an article published by Jacob Kastrenakes. Also, Bloomberg Business was the first to report the news.
